The North Shore Community Development Coalition (NSCDC) portfolio of 269 apartment homes, is spread throughout the areas of Salem and Beverly and include seven communities. The communities are Congress Street Residences, Gloucester Crossing, Harbor Lafayette Homes, New Point Acquisitions, Lafayette Housing, Palmer Cove, and Salem Point II.
These studio to 5 bedroom apartment homes enjoy a blend of wood frame and classic brick architecture, many with large scale exterior murals done by local and emerging artists. The “Espacio” Community Program Resource Center located at 105 Congress St., is available for residents of NSCDC to come together for social functions, educational programs and classes. You are also close by Salem’s trendiest downtown, scenic shore beauty, shopping, entertainment, parks and restaurants and as well as easy access to the train, bus and major highway routes.
